Free shipping services are provided if your total order amount is more than Rs. 1000. Nominal shipping fee of Rs. 65 is charged for order value equivalent to or below Rs. 1000
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date, to the major cities. Delivery time to all other locations may be higher, which will depend on your Pin code. Exact schedule will be intimated through an email from us.
Although express services are fast, unfortunately we can’t guarantee timings as it depends on the destination. Occasionally, carriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, they are out of our control.
During festive time/SALE, there could be some additional delays, so keep that in mind when purchasing for a special occasion
All packages are sent via reputed courier service providers. Customers are notified about the shipment dispatch via email within 24hours of dispatching the order. Post which the orders can be tracked online
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all our customers to inspect the package before receiving or signing the receipt, and do not accept the packages which are damaged or visibly tampered
Product price mentioned on website is the price you pay, that is inclusive of all taxes, which will also be reflected in accompanying invoice.
All efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite this, pricing errors may still occur. In case the product price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that particular product & notify you of the cancellation.
If the packaging is found tampered with or damaged, donot accept the goods. Write to us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Return / Exchange Policies
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Post dispatch we wont be able to accept cancellations.
Every product shipped by us goes through a thorough quality check prior to dispatch. However your order will be eligible for replacement if it is found to be defective or different than description. Customer is required to inform by mail (within 2days of receipt of package) about the discrepancies noticed by attaching respective pictures as proof.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state (unused, unwashed, with original packaging & accessories including retail box, padded envelope or bubble wrap/all other items originally included with product at time of delivery) or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, Nirwaana reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
Any exchange or return confirmation/refund, will be subject to the result of quality inspection done by our QC on receipt of the product.
If the product qualifies the return criteria, the return freight of same will be borne by us & new will also be sent at our cost.
In case returned product does not qualify the return criteria, customer will be charged an additional Rs. 150 towards shipping/handling fee for this package.
For refunds - Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation.
As we use the services of external service providers to process delivery and return pickups, it is possible that we donot have reverse pickup facility for your pincode. In such cases, for any exchange/return you may have to arrange reverse pickup, which will be refunded back to you once your exchange/return is approved from our end.
